The arts / educational exchange projects on this website are spearheaded by the Baltimore-Rotterdam Sister City Committee (BRSCC), a volunteer-run committee based in Baltimore that conducts the sister city affairs. We are part of Baltimore Sister Cities, Baltimore Sister Cities 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that manages Baltimore’s sister city relationships with cities around the world.
